Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

Detroit Metropolitan-Wayne County Airport, or more commonly referred to as Detroit Metro Airport, is the larger of the two commercial airports serving Detroit. It is located approximately 20 miles southwest of the city center. Interstate I-94 borders the north side of the airport property and serves as the major artery to downtown.

Detroit is a hub for Northwest Airlines, one of our product and services sponsors. Northwest offers non-stop service to almost every major North American city, as well as non-stop international service to Europe and Asia . Travel in style as you arrive and depart through the new McNamara Terminal, home of Northwest’s World Gateway. A Westin Hotel is also part of this terminal complex for the convenience of those who might have those late night or early morning connections. The Smith Terminal is undergoing extensive renovation, and will be ready for your return in 2008.
